Encore Concepts is excited to learn that “Big retail hasn’t killed the mom and pop!” Gifts and Dec. newsletter on March 30, 2016 discusses the growth and success of small businesses in the United States.
The article states the advantages of smaller retail stores as being more customer service friendly, locations that are closer to the consumer, and an overall more convenient shopping experience- that hometown feeling!
At Encore Concepts, we pride ourselves on our relationship with our “Mom and Pop” stores. We feel that these store owners appreciate the unique quality of our products and truly buy with their customer in mind. Having been in business ourselves for almost 2 years, we are pleased by the reorders from the shops that have purchased our goods. We are excited to be doing trunk shows at some of our local retailers.
